"24 hour walk-in Clinic."

About: Hexham General Hospital

On 16th June I attended the walk-in clinic having badly cut my arm after tripping up in my garden. I was seen promptly and all the staff who took care of me were both friendly, caring and extremely thorough and efficient. The Dr who was on duty and the person who dressed my wound did a wonderful job and as a result the wound has now healed completely. I can only say a big thank you to the team who dealt with me that Thursday morning. John Scott.

Thank you ever so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. During the lovely warm weather I can imagine an accident in the garden was the last thing you needed. It’s reassuring to know that our urgent care team were able to see you and get you on the mend as promptly as they did.
