"Poor management and appointment rules"

About: Redbridge PCT

(as a service user),

I attended a clinic which I would in future avoid because I found it to be an awful experience.

I felt like getting an appointment there was impossible, I had to wait a month and make scores of calls and I still was unable succeed.

In my opinion, understanding the appointment rules is impossible, I feel it is as if each receptionist makes up their own rules. And then each one I have spoken to says to me, "we dont make the rules".

I also think I have no chance of complaining about not being able to get appointments as the practice manager has not responded to me as yet.

I think it's absolutely awfully managed and it's supposed to be a place that is meant to make it easier for me to access health.
