"Exceptional"

I came in feeling thoroughly unwell, and was seen very quickly, everyone I came in contact with was very charming, professional and attentive. the wards were very clean and very calm, I underwent lots of tests and everything was explained very well, and a diagnosis and treatment was decided upon relatively quickly. once it was established i did not need to stay in we were not hurried out, but were able to get ourselves together to leave gently. My 7 month old daughter was even given a little teddy by one if the nurses. it was by far the best experience I have ever had in a&e. I could not have felt more looked after.
