"From someone who dislikes needles ..."

What I liked

From someone who dislikes needles (cannot look when giving samples) to arrive at hospital for trigger point injections ! Need not have worried as the staff - all of them from the Shepherd Day Care Unit - friendly, informative, and caring throughout the whole procedure.

What could be improved

Nothing that I could see.

From arrival I was asked constantly if I needed anything - any questions?

Overall I found it strangely relxing ?

This is a team working together as all teams should

Anything else?

This is the standard that should be found everywhere whithin the NHS. although theirs may be a smaller unit to some of the larger ones - it's all relative.

You know someones doing something right when whithin minutes of being relatively uneasy your so relaxed to be nearly nodding off!
