Dear Milly Moo

I am very sorry to hear that you and your husband have been involved in a road traffic accident. I can understand how distressing this must have been for you both at the time. Therefore, it is concerning to learn that when you arrived at the A&E department at Stoke Mandeville Hospital the attending nurse did not speak to you, other than to complain, and that you feel you had disgusting care throughout your visit.

We are extremely disappointed that this was your experience of Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust’s services.

We would like to both try and resolve this matter for you and to learn from your experience of our services. If you are happy to share more detail about your specific experience with us, please contact our dedicated Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 01296 316042 or email pals@buckshealthcare.nhs.uk.

I hope you and your husband are recovering well from your accident.
