"Lack of empathy but good medical treatment"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

staff are very knowledgable & seem to work well together. You are not fully informed on things, possibly to avoid upset. However this causes more upset & mistrust in the long run. Conversations can be over heard in patient waiting room, both about other patients & general chats. They seem to have some type of a staff room around the corner from the patient waiting area, were the conversations are held
