"Failure to obtain appointment"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital

I saw one of the Urology surgeons very briefly at Macclesfield DGH on 30 May. The surgeon wished to see me in their clinic at Stepping Hill. After 5 weeks I was told by their secretary that information had not been passed from Macclesfield DGH to create a hospital record at Stepping Hill. I arranged the same day for it to be faxed to Stepping Hill but the secretary could not subsequently confirm its arrival. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the secretary today and left a voicemail. Urology Appointments confirm there is still hospital record in my name and attempts to contact another secretary only reach a voicemail message again.I still have no appointment after nearly 8 weeks.

I am not impressed at all!
