"Very impressive!"

I first visited this drop in clinic two years ago with a minor toe injury and received excellent and efficient treatment. Today, I returned to talk about a non pressing matter. The issue has been going on for a while but I am temporarily working in London and knew, because of previous positive experiences, that I was more likely to be seen at this clinic than at my local doctors back at home. My experience today was equally as positive as it has been in the past. I was seen within 20 minutes of registering, was given plenty of time to raise my concerns and received both a compassionate approach and helpful advice. Many thanks to all staff at this clinic for providing such a positive patient experience.
