Would put nil if I could. Was kept waiting an hour to see consultant, no apologies or explanation. Only to be seen by an arrogant, cold and apathetic consultant, no explanation and performed intimate examination without warning. Expected me to know the medical names of medicines I was taking, even though they were in front of them in their notes, that they couldn't be bothered to read. I was told to take a urine sample, yet it was never taken from me or tested.

I left there feeling angry and humiliated. You are a disgrace to you profession. I was visibly upset when I left the consulting room, did anyone care, no. I had a dreadful experience and would hate any one else to have to go through.
