"Gwent Hospital - fracture and physio department"

I'm patient at Gwent hospital in Newport Wales who is struggling with a knee injury, I have been told I should start doing physio 10 days after my last appointment, 4 weeks have passed and I haven't even been refer to the physio department yet (I don't even have an appointment), I have call and email the Hospital many times, however, I have only received excuses that haven't really help me.

I also went for a private physiotherapy, unfortunately, they weren't able to help either as they don't know exactly what's going on with my knee, therefore I'm in a situation where I haven't been able to get help either public or private.
