Nice building, staff friendly that's about it. Clinical staff don't listen to you and seldom involve service users in the effort to achieve a positive outcome. You ask for help, yeah right, might as well speak to a tree. If you don't ask for help you get the same treatment if you were to ask, none. This is poor.

I apologise that you feel you have received such a poor service from clinical staff at Sutherland Centre. I can assure you that your concerns have been raised with the clinical team based there as that is not how we want service users to feel when they have attended our services. It is helpful to us to note that you found that our staff are generally friendly and you also find the building OK as well.

As an organisation we want to provide a good service to people who access our services.

If you could contact the service manager of Sutherland Centre to discuss your concerns so they could be raised with the staff concerned directly this would be appreciated. If this is not an option I would encourage you to contact our Patient Experience Team who you can discuss your concerns with and they can support you in what options you have to raise your concerns.
