"Disrespectful nurse"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

After day surgery I got admitted on to ward c36 as I was in much pain. I got onto to the ward at about 5 after being in day surgery. I didn't get my personal belongings from the day surgery unit till about half 9 that night and this nurse was claiming they forgot even though when my partner came to visit she asked this nurse and they said they were waiting for the porter. The next day I had had enough. They were discharging me that day, my mother in law rang the ward to see what was happening and she said that I wasn't getting discharged till after one ( this was at 10.30am) I then got told 10 mins after that I was to get my things sorted and going home. After the doctor told me I couldn't get the bus home and had to arrange transport ( I was skint and had no one to pick me up) this nurse came in and said that they can't ring anyone for me and I was to get the bus home from the hospital to Coxhoe in Durham (at least 2 and a half hour journey on a bus). They were rude towards me using attitude and by what I'd heard from other patients in the same bay they all thought the same. I then got sent home with no pain relief and not a good word to say about that ward.
