"No communication and over 1hr waiting for..."

I came 15 mins before my appointment at 11.15am, reported at the front desk on ground floor then was advised to wait on 1st floor in the seating area. After watching many people come and go and 45 mins after my appointment time I had enough and went back down to the reception desk on ground floor. I explained that I was still waiting and so the receptionist rang the consultant who advised the receptionist that they were still with a patient and it will be another 20 mins before I will be seen!! Absolutely disgusted and frustrated with the service I have received as if I was late for my appointment they would refuse to see me! Never will I use the service of Bolton one and would seriously recommend in re training staff on time keeping, communication, and people skills!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you had such a long wait for your appointment at Bolton One and that nobody updated you whilst you were waiting as to how long your appointment would be delayed. We always try to run our clinics as efficiently as possible but there are inevitably times when appointments are running behind schedule. I have passed your feedback on to the relevant managers so that any appropriate action can be taken. Thank you
