About: The Skelmersdale Walk in Centre

Awful! The receptionist was rude and lacked any sort of empathy, was told to come down before 9pm as they close at 10.

The triage nurse didn't even look at my leg just told me to go to Ormskirk hospital or phone an emergency DR if it got worse.

All of this information could have been given over the phone, however the icing on the cake was the fact that the service should have been provided until 10pm ,the receptionist was turning people away at 9pm as 'they have to be out of the building'.

they even switched off most of the lights just to make us feel even more welcome.

An awful, dismal place with extremely poor service, avoid!
