What I liked

Exceptionally clean, good restaurant, brillaint staff. Very impressed.

What could be improved

I brought my father to Casualty around 10pm on 2 March after falling over in his garden. The doctors and staff treated him with care and respect, and made him feel comfortable. He had to be kept in, first for a few nights in 4X, and then transferred to 2X. Like everyone else, he felt staying in hospital can be daunting, but he was treated very very well by your lovely staff and can do nothing but praise them to everyone he meets.

As his son, I am delighted that his stay was made very pleasant, and it is a weight off my shoulders to know that he has been fully assessed by expert staff, who treat everyone with such care and respect.

I am very very grateful to your lovely staff for making my dad, and our family, feel very well cared for.
