About: Wexham Park Hospital

Firstly my mother was moved from ward 7 to ward 20 with no warning, conversation or reason. Once I found the ward I approached a member of staff sitting behind the desk.

I had to ask 'Do you work here?'

They reluctantly said yes without even uncrossing their arms. It took a lowly nurse to ask me my mums name and help me. It seems when you become a registrar you can be ignorant and unhelpful.

I'm sorry that your experience of our communication has been poor. There is no excuse for this, or for our staff to be unhelpful.
