I was really impressed with this hospital. Everyone from the reception staff to consultants were efficient and personable. I used dermatology out patients and was seen within a day which was appreciated. The care I was given by the nurse far exceeded my expectations. Both went out of their way to ensure I received the treatment I needed and the nurse who assisted the procedure helped me cope with the pain and I cannot thank them or the consultant enough. In a time where the NHS is under resourced and struggling the care I got today showed to me that the strength of the NHS lies in its staff who make such a difference in difficult circumstances. I would be grateful if you could pass on my appreciation and reaffirm that staff are recognised for going the extra mile. I often here hospitals saying they are patient focused and if they want to improve they should look at the facilities and services provided by danetree. I would be grateful if the hospital could email me so I can provide my full name which I hope will make it easier to identify who was involved in my care. Many thanks
