About: Stepping Hill Hospital

I came in through A&E and was treated with the utmost urgency, exemplary care through every stage of my visit. From the receptionists, to triage, to the doctors and nurses. I couldnt fault a single thing wrong with my visit. The staff kept me informed throughout the entire process of my journey through the care I received that day. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional in every sense. The doctor and their team were superb many thanks for looking after me. Staff like these are what the NHS is made of you are a credit to your profession, and as a service the patients are very lucky to have you. Thanks Paul

Thank you for your comments which I have shared with the Matron for the Emergency Department.

The Matron will bring your feedback to the attention of the staff and she is very pleased to receive such positive comments.

As you are aware, our Emergency Department is very busy and all staff do their best to provide a high standard of care to all our patients.
