"Toilets..Fail"

About: Wexham Park Hospital

I was taken in to A&E yesterday and was quite happy with my care which resulted in me going home several hours later. During my stay I needed to use the Blue ward toilets 3 or 4 times. On my first visit I found the male toilet out of service, I used the females instead and found that was pretty well blocked. Later I needed to use again and discovered 3 toilets out of service in the blue ward area. It was a very busy period but that may be normal. I didnt see any maintenance personnel, just paper signs stucjk to toilet doors. The toilets seem to be the macerator type using small bore pipes.

Dear Steve

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback.

I'm pleased to read that you were happy with your care.

I'm sorry that the toilets were not working properly.

I've pass your comments onto the Estates team to double check the arrangements and facilities in the blue area.

Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Kind Regards

Claire Marshall
