(as the patient),

Following on-going treatment for both myself and my mother, I would like to advise about the wonderful care and exceptional professionalism of all the staff treating us both. i feel that we were well supported and managed. The journey for both of us had been extremely long until we got referred to the correct staff who gave us wonderful support and I can't believe how well my chronic back condition has improved and also my mother who is came on massively although we are aware her condition will never be completely solved. Special thanks to Karen, Nicola and Vicky for all the time and advice they gave us.

The only thing that could be improved is the referral to physio which I thought was extremely poor.

Thank you for taking the time to write and express your appreciation of the care you and your mother received by my physiotherapy staff within Motherwell Health Centre. We strive to assess and treat each patient as a valued individual and I am delighted to hear both yourself and your mother have benefited from the treatment received and hope you will both continue to do well.
