"Painful Endoscopy"

About: Manor Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was told that I was going to be sedated, I even had an injection (which I thought was the sedation which I has signed for it was in fact a mild pain killer)

I suffered enormous pain and discomfort they did the procedure

twice I was screaming in agony the sedation is not working.

I am very angry and upset that I was lied to, I was the last patient and so feel like they just wanted to get me out asap and go home.
