being asked if it was ok to have students present, cleanliness, waiting times in OPD and waiting time for an appointment

I was by another hospital specialist. I waited months for an appointment which lasted less that 5 minutes. All the tests that were already done were then to be repeated.

On my return to the opd for follow up , I was hardly spoken to. Just told the results and carry on with the treatment. A month later I received a letter at home addressed to an unknown name. I opened it in error and it was a copy of the letter from the OPD doctor to my GP but with the wrong patient name and details. A week later the correct one arrived with no apology etc.

I was told that I would receive a follow up appointment in 6 months, I phoned repeatedly but had no joy. 12 months later I received a letter inviting me to phone for an appointment.
