(as a parent/guardian),

My son recently went to dewsbury sexual health service to pick up some condoms.

After waiting for over an hour he left empty handed. Ridiculous out dated practices like this need to be a thing of the past! For goodness sake have some pride in you service and provide open access to condoms without an appointment!

Dear D Batley

I am very sorry that your son was unable to pick up free condoms in our clinic. We encourage people to drop in and collect and there should be no waiting, so I am not sure what happened on this occasion.

If you would like to contact me direct and give me further information including the date and rough time your son was in the clinic and who he spoke to, I can investigate further.

Once again I am very sorry - this should not have happened.
