"A good surgery gone"

Like many of the other reviewers on here, I feel the same. It's tougher to get appointments, the Doctors aren't really listening, tests take ages to turn around, notes aren't read pre-appointment. Not only that, we have to travel to another more distant practice to get an appointment and often see a nurse rather than a doctor. I also note, there is no longer a website with useful information and nobody responds to the poor ratings on this review site.
