I visited the A&E department Wednesday 13th July in the evening. After sitting down we were hurdles with abuse and disgusting language from 2 men your security had already spoken to them as complaints had already been made by other people. I went to report this to a member of staff on reception who just said the desk was for emergencies so wasn't a bit interested. I had to move to the other waiting area with my daughter to get away from them. I spoke to a security guard who said they couldn't call the police unless instructed by the hospital staff. The hospital have a duty to care for patients and I was totally disgusted with this situation. Since our visit my daughter has now got a chest infection and has had to be given antibiotics by my GP. The cleanliness of the toilets was disgusting used sanitary towels and toilet paper all over the floor you couldn't use them it was disgusting and stunk. I won't be visiting your hospital again I will be going else where.
