I've been here 3 times for chronic floaters, flashes and eye injury.
On my first visit, the member of staff examining my eyes took a personal phone call on their mobile while examining me for retinal detachment.
The member of staff was very unsupportive and uncaring of my condition, and did not seem to care.
My 2nd visit with another doctor, was handled very well by someone who seemed to know their subject, and had the time and enthusiasm to answer all my questions and concerns.
My 3rd visit however; after a 3 hour wait I was quickly examined and rudely told, 'You can go.'
Naturally I had questions, but had to be insistent on getting any answers.
As I'd done some research I knew what to ask.
For someone who has just developed a worrying eye condition, I would really not recommend going to this place.
2 out of 3 of the doctors I saw, lacked the basic communication skills and empathy necessary to deal with patients.
