"Experience at Magpie children's outpatients"

I attended children's outpatients with my 2 year old little girl. The consultant themselves were very lovely and the appointment itself went very well. However, on arrival my daughter had to be weighed and measured which was unsettling for her and she cried, a short time later my daughter cried again (appointment time was at a time where she would usually be in bed) one of the nurses who was doing the weighing and measuring said to me from across the room 'does she ever stop whinging?' Hardly very professional
