"NHS treatment at its finest!"

I got an emergency appointment today due to complications after a IUD insertion. I'd been experiencing a lot of pain and was really very worried. The staff I saw were absolutely amazing, so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I was seen promptly by a lovely member of staff, and then by one of the consultants. In total I was in for 2 hours being tested and examined, not fun but incredibly comprehensive! One of the other nurses was also singularly kind. Packed off with treatment and follow up booked, feeling much better about things and assured I can go back if I have any further problems. Thank you New Croft team, you're a credit to the NHS!
