I am disappointed with the care at uclh ive been suffering from gallstone pain for months and they did nothing about it until i was admitted for having jaundice which finally led me to having an ercp.. I was advised to have my gallbladder removed as soon as I could but my appointment has been changed 3 times and only been told about the cancellation a day before. Im a single mother with a 11 month old baby and feel i have not been prioritized in any way. The person on the phone had the cheek to tell me that they have no bed space?? Why book the world in on the same day!!! I'm now left waiting a week for another appointment!!
