"Complaint"

I have a broken nose, been waiting 6 months to get an appointment while in pain and not able to breathe! Then the day before my appointment it gets cancelled. Now they're telling me I have to ring every Wednesday to see if there is any cancellations, and will be attending Wexham park hospital now !
