About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Telephone waiting time is awfull. Long waiting lists and promised but not delivered. Staff lovely. Frustrated to say the least. This goes for day care and appointments. All rubbish. Music is repeated on phone waiting so annoying. Several visits made and not one was ok
