visited a & e after well over 10 years (avoid as much as possible) took 1 year old baby who was in quite some pain! Staff in reception very rude and not in the slightest bit helpful!! overall wait to be seen was 6 hours! no cold drinks in the vending machine, people sweltering away. despicable experience, if it wasn't for my baby I would never have resorted to a and e! no regard for it being a baby, especially one who cried the entire time there! have nothing good to say about it at all. the gp who looked at the baby came in and out like a whirlwind, no idea what they said apart from a few questions and many mutters! unbelievable!

Hello, first of I must apologise for the delay in replying - there has been a problem with the site notifying us when someone posts a review, which we have just become aware of.

I am also sorry to hear that you and your baby did not have a good experience of care at A&E in July.
