"Go somewhere else if you can"

About: King's Mill Hospital

My partner went to KMH a few weeks ago in severe pain with a kidney stone. He was given pain killers and told he would have a scan in the next 2 days...... 6 days later he was asked to go for a scan! another week later we are still waiting for the results, his Doctor has written him his second sick note because of the pain and was told they could see his results were back but hadn't been sent them..... he called Friday and he was told by reception they didn't know who to put him through to and they couldn't help...... we still don't have any results and he is calling again today to try and speak to someone. He is still in agony as the kidney stone still hasn't passed.... we don't know what the next steps are for his care either and he is in a lot of pain! Great patient care! I'm ashamed I used to work here
