"Nurses are lovely -ward sister not so much"

I am not impressed with the overall care from ward 4.

The ward failed to communicate with other departments with critical information. I found the ward sister rude and quite simply, refused to listen to family members. Their attitude is dismissive and not at all approachable. No assessments had taken place, yet they formed their own opionins without any input from the Occupational health team or physiotherapists. A complaint will be made about their attitude, however, that being said, all the health care support workers are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for them and they show a genuine kindness and have a caring ethos.
