"Inefficientcy of IT"

About: Trowbridge Community Hospital

I was told that due to a fault in the IT/internet being down through the night that all the admissions through the night were now coming in now, therefore my wait would be 1 hour or more. Surely IT issues is something that can be easily rectified in the 21st century? Apparently the IT team that should have been resolving it were all on holiday??
