What I liked

The new wing of the hospital was clean and fresh.

What could be improved

We arrived on time for an appointment at the Dermatology Unit with our young baby. After 40 minutes we had not been seen and not one other person in a very busy waiting room had been called. When we enquired how much longer we would have to wait we were told at least another hour. As we began to talk with the other patients one lady had already waited almost 2 hours and three people had the same appointment time with the same Dr. We enquired if it was worth rebooking for a quieter day and it was made clear that it was like that every day. The situation was made worse by the rude "take it or leave it" attitude of the reception staff.

Anything else?

Parking facilities are wholly inadequate for the size of the hospital.
