What I liked

I was on the Rainforest ward with my son who was poorly with an infection & affected his Diabetes for 3 days.The nurses & doctors were very helpful & honest,the ward was cleaned twice a day & the food was good & playroom assistants were a big help.

What could be improved

The only thing was the Blood tests takes ages to come back.Maybe they ought to looking at speeding this process up as children get fed up with waiting & want to go home.

Anything else?

I think they should have a parking permit in place for people who have someone in hospital for more than two days.You have to go home to check things & then pay another £3.00 when you return.They should do like my old hospital charge £1.00 per hour to park & if you are there more than 10 hrs get a parking permit.A 3 day one was £5.00 & 7days was £10.00 this system worked really well.
