I have recently had an operation on my throat at the E.N.T. department at Queen Alexandra hospital, Cosham. The Surgeon and their team to my mind were very professional, every thing they did was checked, double checked, and checked again until they and their team where satisfied of the result, only then did they operate, I was looked after from the Reception area, the op, the recovery room, and the ward, any body having an operation at E.N.T. need have no fear, the surgeon and their team wont do anything until they are satisfied. I only write this letter because so much bad news about N.H.S. I cant thank the surgeon and their team enough, I am a firm believer in praise where is praise due, Thanks once again to the surgeon and their team.
