Over 2 years I have been receiving great care from the NHS. First Intensive Care surgical ward (Larbert) and recovery ward. All areas were caring and gave first class help. The physio team at Larbert also helped to get me back on my feet. A brilliant, supportive unit. The hearing hospital, the REACH team began the 'build up' process at home while I still attended physio at FVRH Larbert. All Staff at every level have been fantastic - even the ambulance drivers who always had a smile for me!
Following recovery I attended orthotics at Stirup. John has given me the equipment and support required to aid my walking again. He continues with his team to encourage me. Without the support of physio and orthotics, I would still be in a wheelchair.
Only one negative along my journey of recovery is one receptionist who had a negative domineering attitude towards me
Overall, I thank and cannot give enough praise for the NHS staff. Brilliant, thank you.
