My concern is the catchment area for local GP practices. I have been with a central London practice for many years since 2005. As I moved out of the area to outer London, Kingston Upon Thames, a letter was sent to my old address and as I did not respond, I was removed from the patient list. I work in central London about 3/4 miles from my original GP yet I cannot maintain this medical relationship I have been so happy with. The Clinical Commissioning Group is West London Clinical Commissioning Group. The services attached to central London such as leading hospital/leader in excellence, Chelsea and Westminster and the staff are top class. How can I make a case to be reinstated back to my central London GP Practice?
