"My grandson's operation"

My grandson attended the children's ward as a day patient for an operation, the staff were extremely helpful, respectful, very informative and were a pleasure to deal with. The ward was extremely clean and each bed was cleaned when the bed was vacated, this was done just after the child had left, all nurses used the hand anti bacteria station in the ward. I have nothing but praise for this unit and would like to name some of the staff whom we dealt with so that they could receive some sort of recognition for there service.
