"Completely useless"

I expected the several weeks it took for them to get back to me after my referal what I didn't expect was the complete dismissal of my symptoms and feelings. I shouldn't have to argue with someone about how bad my symptoms are or feel like I have to prove myself. No one should have to hit rock bottom before being deserving of help.
