"Me and my partner went due to him having a fall"

My partner hurt is shoulder after a fall we saw a nurse who was not very helpful at all said he had pulled a muscle said to go home and rest it no offer of a scan or xray so went to my gp who refferd him for scan and turns out he has two tears in his shoulder and widening of the joint not happy with the service it provided waited 2 hours for nothing and he needs emergency surgery been out of work for 5 weeks... come on haywood pull your act together
