"Rude and poorly trained receptionists"

My daughter was in excrutiating pain with an ear infection but could not get an appointment with her GP before she was due to fly to the US. The two receptionists who I assume were not medically trained and therefore unqualified to make an assessment. But that is what they did and informed my daughter that she was wasting their time and her own and to ho back to her GP. Thankfully a different clinic saw her as an emergency case and drained the fluid from the infection and began a course of antibiotics. I am sick of these two judgemental receptionists and there apalling attitudes to fellow human beings. They seem to be building a reputation for themselves too.. I will not rest until they are retrained or replaced. Shocking behaviour.
