Iv going beckenham beacon sexual health department at Beckenham Beacon since I was 17 (now 24). I love going here, the ladies are so lovely, and it nice and relaxed, they listen to you and really understand.
My implant was driving me mad and making me diffract to be around (doesn't happen to everyone, I loved it before the birth of my daughter). I've swapped for a copper coil, to be hormone free as best I can. Id read such horror stories online about it being placed, I'm so glad I ignored them, yes it was uncomfortable but that was it, small what felt like a bump during the opening process and that was it. I have slight pinching feeling now which is going as the day rolls on! My arm hurts more from having the implant out! They now do the counselling on the phone so its only a quick chat when you get there. Please don't be put off buy online stories about contraception, Try it before you make a choice!
