What I liked

We took my mother to Emergency Dept at about 4am with severe medical prblems, she was seen almost immediately taken in and she was looked after so well for the next 11-12 days, apparently if we hadn't bought her in when we did. The results could have been much worse :( So thank you so much Southampton General for making my mum better, very good levels of care, nurses and doctors very friendly and funny, was really clean, and from what i saw of it, the food looked pretty nice and mum said it was nice aswell and theres a big choice for the menu.

What could be improved

Thank You so much General, especially the emergency department staff. I already let my family know if i'm ever really ill, they know where to take me! :D
