What could be improved

Couldn't wait to get out of McGill ward. Standard of care left a lot to be desired. Whilst taking my blood a Dr. answered his bleep, leaving the blood,needle etc uncovered and on my bed! Great Health and Safety.Urine all over the floors in the toilets, and I could go on and on. Was promised an X Ray and an Endoscopy, it didnt happen!Will certainly not be back

I was made to feel that I was wasting there time. Was constantly asked why I was there, do they not read the notes that the Out of Hours GP wrote? [Who by the way was great.}
