"Clinic feedback"

Visited for a smear test, as I had several times previously. This time, the nurse was rude and unpleasant, treating me in a way that left me feeling demeaned and humiliated.

Pointed out to them how their behaviour affected me, and they responded with a show of temper that was absolutely inappropriate. So I followed up with a letter to the Practice Manager, pointing out that such treatment would discourage women from attending such tests, and was wholly unacceptable. Response? A snotty letter basically telling me that if I wasn't happy I could go elsewhere in future (basically, I wasn't welcome to come back!) No wonder this place is getting bad reviews: Staff know they can treat patients without respect, so will do so. Nasty little place.
