"Not sure if appointment was effective"

About: Royal Derby Hospital

I had a first outpatient appointment in cardiology. I had a ultrasound scan on my heart 8 months previously at the hospital but the dr was unable to access this either on the computer or in my paper notes. This was very disappointing as the whole point of the appointment was to see if my heart valve was deteriorating.
