"Good, helpful and kind people"

I feel I was very lucky to receive some very helpful and supportive care from staff on St Raphael Ward at St Anne's, the Crisis Resolution team and the Community team in Hastings. All staff were kind and patient with me and I saw that they were the same with other patients too, some of whom seemed quite challenging. The care and support I received really made a difference. (My only concern was that there were a lot of agency staff on the ward - although they were a very good there wasn't time for them to get to know patients and vice versa. )
